We believe in EVA technology. Ethylene vinyl acetate is the copolymer of ethylene and vinyl acetate. It is a polymer that approaches elastomeric materials in softness and flexibility, yet can be processed like other thermoplastics. EVA is one of the materials popularly known as expanded rubber or foam rubber.

These features determine its widespread use for packaging purposes. In a process of thermoforming of foam and fabrics the EVA comes into the right shape. EVA is commonly used together with PU, PE, PVC and Nylon materials as facing to form the final product. The process chain includes moulding, die-cutting, gluing and stitching.

Typical characteristics of the EVA products are light weight, high durability, flexibility in shaping and shockproof behaviour. With customized printing of the outside fabrics in client’s pantone colour and design pattern the final appearance is achieved. Company logo and customized zipper puller complete the final branding.
